Appearance of Impropriety. Employees must take care to avoid any appearance of impropriety and must disclose to their supervisors any material transaction or relationship that reasonably could be expected to give rise to a conflict of interest. Similarly, anyone engaged in a business relationship with the Department should avoid any appearances of impropriety.

Students and their parent/guardian are strongly encouraged to notify the Ballet School Administrator, Human Resources Director or Executive Director if they believe an employee has or may be engaging in conduct that violates this procedure. Employees are required to promptly notify the School Administrative Director, the Human Resources Director, or the Executive Director if they become aware of a situation that may constitute a violation of this Policy. All parties involved in the complaint will be notified as appropriate to the investigation in accordance with PNB policy and procedure and applicable collective bargaining agreements. Certain PNB staff must report abuse or neglect to law enforcement.   • Appearance The Employee must appear at the Employer’s desired workplace at the time scheduled.
