Applicable Calls Clause Samples

The "Applicable Calls" clause defines which types of calls, communications, or transactions are covered under the terms of the agreement. In practice, this clause specifies the scope by identifying particular calls—such as customer service inquiries, sales calls, or technical support requests—that are subject to the contract's provisions. By clearly delineating which calls are included, the clause ensures both parties understand their obligations and rights regarding those interactions, thereby preventing disputes over coverage and ensuring operational clarity.
