Application for an Accommodation Contract Sample Clauses
The 'Application for an Accommodation Contract' clause defines the process by which a guest formally requests to enter into a contract for lodging with an accommodation provider. Typically, this clause outlines the information required from the applicant, such as personal details, dates of stay, and any special requests, and may specify the method of application, such as written form or online submission. Its core practical function is to establish a clear and standardized procedure for initiating accommodation agreements, thereby reducing misunderstandings and ensuring both parties are aware of the terms from the outset.
Application for an Accommodation Contract. 02.01. The Guest who intends to apply to our Hotel for an Accommodation Contract will be required to provide our Hotel with the following particulars:
(1) Name(s) of Guest(s) to be registered.
(2) Date(s) scheduled for overnight stay and estimated time of arrival.
(3) Accommodation charge (according, in principle, to the basic accommodation charges described in the attached Schedule I).
(4) Other information considered necessary by our Hotel.
02.02. In the case that the Guest has requested, during his/her stay, an extension of an overnight stay beyond the date described in the preceding Paragraph (2) above, our Hotel shall handle his/her request as a new application for an Accommodation Contract which has been made at the point in time when the said request has been made.
Application for an Accommodation Contract. 02.01. The Guest who intends to apply to our Hotel (Ryokan) for an Accommodation Contract will be required to provide our Hotel (Ryokan) with the following particulars:
(1) Name(s) of Guest(s) to be registered.
(2) Date(s) scheduled for overnight stay and estimated time of arrival.
(3) Accommodation charge (according, in principle, to the basic accommodation charges described in the attached Schedule I).
(4) Other information considered necessary by our Hotel (Ryokan).
02.02. In the case that the Guest has requested, during his/her stay, an extension of an overnight stay beyond the date described in the preceding Paragraph (2) above, our Hotel (Ryokan) shall handle his/her request as a new application for an Accommodation Contract which has been made at the point in time when the said request has been made.

02.02. In the case that the Guest has requested, during his/her stay, an extension of an overnight stay beyond the date described in the preceding Paragraph (2) above, our Ryokan shall handle his/her request as a new application for an Accommodation Contract which has been made at the point in time when the said request has been made.
Application for an Accommodation Contract. 1. Any guest who intends to make an application for an accommodation contract with the hotel will notify the hotel of the following particulars:
(1) Name of the guest(s);
(2) Date of accommodation and estimated time of arrival;
(3) Contact information of the guest(s); and
(4) Other particulars deemed necessary by the hotel.
2. If guests request to extend their stay, during their stay, beyond the date in Item (2) of the preceding paragraph, such will be regarded as an application for a new accommodation contract.

Application for an Accommodation Contract. 02.01. The Guest who intends to apply to the Guest House for an Accommodation Contract will be required to provide the Guest House with the following particulars:
(1) Name(s) of Guest(s) to be registered.
(2) Date(s) scheduled for overnight stay and estimated time of arrival.
(3) Accommodation charge (according, in principle, to the basic accommodation charges
(4) Other information considered necessary by the Guest House.
02.02. In the case that the Guest has requested, during his/her stay, an extension of an overnight stay beyond the date described in the preceding Paragraph (2) above, the Guest House shall handle his/her request as a new application for an Accommodation Contract which has been made at the point in time when the said request has been made.
Application for an Accommodation Contract. 02.01. Guests who wish to apply for a lodging contract at our hotel are requested to provide the following information:
(1) Name of the guest
(2) Date of stay and estimated time of arrival
(3) Lodging fee (in principle, based on the basic lodging fee in Table 1)
(4) Other information deemed necessary by the hotel
02.02. When this hotel requests a person who has applied for an accommodation contract to submit an accommodation list that includes the name, address, telephone number, etc. of the guest, the person shall submit the list immediately, even after the accommodation contract has been concluded.
02.03. In the event that a guest requests to continue his/her stay beyond the date of stay stipulated in item 2 of paragraph 1 during his/her stay, this hotel shall treat such request as a new application for a contract of stay at the time such request is made.
02.04. Guests who require special consideration when applying for a lodging contract are
02.05. The costs of any special measures taken by the hotel for the benefit of the guest on the basis of the request in the preceding paragraph shall be borne by the guest.

(1) Name(s) of Guest(s) to be registered.
(2) Date(s) scheduled for overnight stay and estimated time of arrival.
(3) Accommodation charge (according, in principle, to the basic accommodation charges described in the attached Schedule I).
(4) Other information considered necessary by Isaribi.
Application for an Accommodation Contract. 1. The Guest who intends to apply to the Guesthouse for an Accommodation Contract will be required to provide the Guesthouse with the following particulars:
(1) Name(s) of Guest(s) and contact information to be registered.
(2) Date(s) scheduled for overnight stay and estimated time of arrival and departure.
(3) Other information considered necessary by the Guesthouse.
2. In the case that the Guest has requested, during his/her stay, an eQtension of an overnight stay beyond the date described in the preceding Paragraph (2), the Guesthouse shall handle his/her request as a new application for an Accommodation Contract which has been made at the point in time when the said request has been made.
