Application of Article. This Article is intended only as a basis for calculating overtime payments for overtime eligible (i.e., only D-level) employees and to generally describe the parameters for employees' work schedules, and nothing in this Article or Agreement shall be construed as a guarantee of hours of work per shift, per week, or any other period.
