APPLICATION & OPERATION OF AGREEMENT Clause Samples

The 'Application & Operation of Agreement' clause defines when and how the terms of the agreement become effective and govern the relationship between the parties. It typically specifies the commencement date, the scope of activities or transactions covered, and any conditions that must be met for the agreement to apply. This clause ensures both parties understand exactly when the agreement starts to bind them and clarifies the circumstances under which its provisions are enforceable, thereby preventing misunderstandings about the agreement’s applicability.
