Application Required. Use of personal leave days requires proper application. Approval must be secured from the immediate supervisor. An application for personal leave shall be submitted in Employee Access three (3) days prior to the date requested for such leave. In the event of an emergency, the Superintendent or designee may waive the three (3) day requirement.
