Common use of Appropriations Clause in Contracts

Appropriations. If appropriations are insufficient to support this Agreement, the State may cancel on a date agreed to by the parties or upon the expiration or reduction of existing appropriation authority. In the case that this Agreement is funded in whole or in part by federal or other non-State funds, and in the event those funds become unavailable or reduced, the State may suspend or cancel this Agreement immediately, and the State shall have no obligation to fund this Agreement from State revenues.
