Approved List. The Advisor shall submit to the Trustee, if required by the Trustee, a list of recommended securities, which are permissible investments for the Subaccount. Such list, when approved by the Trustee, together with such other securities as may be designated by the Trustee as permissible investments for the Subaccount pursuant to this Subsection 4(c)(i), Subsection 4(c)(iii) or the Investment Guidelines, shall be known as the “Approved List”. Until such time as the Trustee specifically requires it to do so, the Advisor shall not be obligated to submit a list of recommended securities for inclusion on the Approved List; pending the submission and approval of such a list, any securities which conform with the requirements of the Investment Guidelines shall be deemed to constitute permissible investments for the Subaccount and to constitute the “Approved List.”

Approved List. Section 1.7 of Attachment 7 sets forth a list of contractors and suppliers that Contractor and Owner have agreed are approved for selection as Subcontractors for the performance of that portion of the Work specified in Attachment 7. Approval by Owner of any Subcontractors or Sub-subcontractors does not relieve Contractor of any responsibilities under this Agreement.

Approved List. Receipt by the Intercreditor Agent of a copy of the agreement between the GCLAs and the Company approving the Approved List.

Approved List. Section 1 and Section 3 of Attachment G set forth the lists of Subcontractors and Sub-subcontractors that Contractor and Owner have agreed are approved Subcontractors and Sub-subcontractors for the performance of that portion of the Work specified in Section 1 and Section 3 of Attachment G. Section 2 of Attachment G sets forth a list of Subcontractors and Sub-subcontractors that Contractor has agreed to subcontract with for that portion of the Work specified in Section 2 of Attachment G. Approval by Owner of any Subcontractors or Sub-subcontractors does not relieve Contractor of any responsibilities under this Agreement.

Approved List a copy of the Approved List provided that this condition precedent will be satisfactory to the Agent if provided in the form received by the Original Noteholders prior to the date of the Commitment Letter.

Approved List. (a) Subject to paragraph ‎(b) below, the Approved List may be amended with the prior written consent of the Agent (acting on the instruction of the Majority Lenders) and the Company. (b) The Company may, subject to giving 5 Business Days’ prior notice to the Agent, in its sole discretion: (i) add any new person to the Approved List at any time; and (ii) (in addition to persons removed automatically) remove up to five (5) persons (other than existing Lenders or their Affiliates or Related Entities from the Approved List per Financial Year and the Lenders shall be entitled to propose replacement names (through the Agent) which the Company agrees to consider in good faith (but shall be under no obligation to procure that such names are added to the Approved List), provided that the Approved List shall automatically be deemed to exclude each person listed therein which is a Disqualified Lender from time to time. (c) Any person consented to by the Company as a permitted transferee or assignee under Clause ‎27.2 (Conditions of Assignment or Transfer) shall be automatically added to the Approved List. (d) Any amendment to the Approved List will be without prejudice to the effect of any assignment or transfer which is made in accordance with Clause ‎27 (Changes to the Lenders) prior to the date of such amendment. (e) The Agent shall, within five (5) Business Days of a reasonable request by any Party, provide a copy of the Approved List to that Party.

Approved List. The entities with Emergency Personnel identified in Section 3(a) of this Exhibit shall provide the appropriate documentation to Provider no later than 6:00 PM the evening prior to care being provided. In the event there is more need than available space, Provider shall provide services to Emergency Personnel on a first-come-first-serve basis.

Approved List. Any change in textbooks will be considered from a list compiled by the teachers/ committee and Building Principal concerned. The recommendations of said teachers/ committee, reviewed in conjunction with the Association, and the Building Principal will be considered by the Superintendent in preparing the final recommendation to the Board.

Approved List. Unless and until such time as the Trustee specifically requires it to do so, the Advisor shall not be obligated to submit a list of recommended securities for inclusion on an approved list of securities which are permissible investments for the Subaccount (the “Approved List”); in the absence of such requirement on the part of the Trustee, any securities which conform with the requirements of the Investment Guidelines shall be deemed to constitute permissible investments for the Subaccount and to constitute the “Approved List.”
