Approved Program. The Town agrees to provide reimbursement, as indicated in Section 3 to employees who complete approved courses relating to their current employment, or as part of an approved career development program.

Approved Program. A sequence of courses approved for the preparation in teaching, administration or special services (non-teaching) in a specific content area/endorsement from a state approved teacher education institution.

Managers will, in consultation with Teachers, determine the duties related to teaching that shall be conducted as part of an Approved Program. An Approved Program developed under this sub-clause may be reviewed for genuine operational reasons on a semester basis. 22.4 In developing an Approved Program: 22.4.1 Attendance time for Teachers is to be 35 hours on average each week, of which 30 hours on average will be spent at the Teacher’s place of work as determined by TAFE NSW; 22.4.2 Teachers may complete up to 5 hours of their weekly related duties time off-site, including at home, subject to TAFE NSW business needs which may require additional on-site attendance from time to time; 22.4.3 The maximum number of teaching hours in a week will not exceed 30 hours, unless the Teacher agrees in writing to teach more than 30 hours to meet TAFE NSW business needs; 22.4.4 TAFE NSW must ensure that the amount of duties related to teaching programmed in any week is sufficient for the Teacher to deliver their hours of teaching;

Approved Program. Grant Recipient’s approved Program is described in Exhibit ▇. ▇▇▇▇▇ Recipient agrees that it will make no material changes in the approved Program unless such changes are approved in writing by City prior to the Program.

Related to Approved Program

  • Program Budget A) Contractor will expend funds received for operation of its program and services according to Contractor’s annual operating budget. The portions of said budget, which reflect services performed or money paid to Contractor pursuant to this Agreement shall be subject to the approval of the Human Services Agency. B) In the event Contractor determines a reasonable business necessity to transfer funding between personnel and operating expenses specified in the budget submitted to the Human Services Agency the following will apply: 1. Contractor will notify the Human Services Agency of transfers that in the aggregate are between ten percent (10%) and twenty percent (20%) of the maximum contract amount.

  • Development Plan document specifying the work program, schedule, and relevant investments required for the Development and the Production of a Discovery or set of Discoveries of Oil and Gas in the Contract Area, including its abandonment.

  • Approved Plan The Subrecipient agrees that it shall be committed to carry out pursuant to the Grantee's specifications, an Affirmative Action Program in keeping with the principles as provided in President's Executive Order 11246 of September 24, 1965. When requested, the Grantee shall provide Affirmative Action guidelines to the Subrecipient to assist in the formulation of such program. The Subrecipient shall submit a plan for an Affirmative Action program for approval prior to the award of funds.

  • Project Plan Development of Project Plan Upon the Authorized User’s request, the Contractor must develop a Project Plan. This Project Plan may include Implementation personnel, installation timeframes, escalation procedures and an acceptance plan as appropriate for the Services requested. Specific requirements of the plan will be defined in the RFQ. In response to the RFQ, the Contractor must agree to furnish all labor and supervision necessary to successfully perform Services procured from this Lot. Project Plan Document The Contractor will provide to the Authorized User, a Project Plan that may contain the following items: • Name of the Project Manager, Contact Phone Numbers and E-Mail Address; • Names of the Project Team Members, Contact Phone Numbers and E-Mail Address; • A list of Implementation milestones based on the Authorized User’s desired installation date; • A list of responsibilities of the Authorized User during system Implementation; • A list of designated Contractor Authorized Personnel; • Escalation procedures including management personnel contact numbers; • Full and complete documentation of all Implementation work; • Samples of knowledge transfer documentation; and • When applicable, a list of all materials and supplies required to complete the Implementation described in the RFQ. Materials and Supplies Required to Complete Implementation In the event that there are items required to complete an Implementation, the Contractor may request the items be added to its Contract if the items meet the scope of the Contract. Negotiation of Final Project Plan If the Authorized User chooses to require a full Project Plan, the State further reserves the right for Authorized Users to negotiate the final Project Plan with the apparent RFQ awardee. Such negotiation must not substantively change the scope of the RFQ plan, but can alter timeframes or other incidental factors of the final Project Plan. The Authorized User will provide the Contractor a minimum of five (5) business days’ notice of the final negotiation date. The Authorized User reserves the right to move to the next responsible and responsive bidder if Contractor negotiations are unsuccessful.
