The "Approved Users" clause defines which individuals or entities are authorized to access or use certain services, systems, or information under an agreement. Approved Users. Notwithstanding anything in this Paragraph 28 to the contrary, from time to time during the Term, Tenant may permit consultants and independent contractors and/or other professionals (each, an “Approved User”) to occupy space within the Premises during the Term, and the Premises may be used by Approved User without separate prior written consent of the Landlord, provided that Tenant delivers prior written notice to Landlord of the occupancy by Approved User, and further provided that (a) Tenant does not separately demise the space used by Approved User and Approved User shall utilize with Tenant one common entryway to the Premises as well as certain shared central services, such as reception, photocopying and the like; (b) Approved User shall not occupy, in the aggregate, more than ten percent (10%) of the rentable area on any single Floor of the Premises; (c) Approved User operates its business in the Premises for the Permitted Use and for no other purpose; and (d) the business of Approved User is suitable for the Building considering the Building’s prestige. If Approved User occupies any portion of the Premises as described herein, it is agreed that (i) Approved User must comply with all provisions of this Lease, and a default by Approved User shall be deemed a default by Tenant under this Lease; (ii) all notices required of Landlord under this Lease shall be sent only to Tenant in accordance with the terms of this Lease, and in no event shall Landlord be required to send any notices to Approved User; (iii) in no event shall any such occupancy or use by Approved User release or relieve Tenant from any of its obligations under this Lease or Guarantor from any of its obligations under the Guaranty or the Control Agreement; (iv) Approved User and its agents, employees, contractors and invitees visiting or occupying space in the Premises shall be deemed an agent of Tenant for purposes of Tenant’s indemnification obligations under this Lease; and (v) if Approved User pays rent for the Premises directly to Landlord, Landlord, at its option, may accept the rent and the rent shall be considered to be for the account of Tenant and applied against the Base Rent owed by Tenant as deemed appropriate by Landlord. Approved Users. 4.1. Basis of supply to Approved Users
Approved Users. As of the Effective Date of this Agreement, Approved Users include Authority Vehicles, Authority Member's Collection Contractor(s), and Self Haulers Delivering Mixed Municipal Waste. At any time during the Term, Authority may designate additional Approved Users in its sole discretion. If the Authority decides to include an additional Approved User(s), a contract amendment shall be prepared and attached to this Agreement to amend the definition of Approved Users to encompass the additional Approved User(s), to adjust the Service Fee, and to modify other provisions of this Agreement as necessary.
Approved Users. Individuals who have a legitimate need to access the Material for the purposes of the Biobank Project and who have signed the MIREC End-User Acknowledgement (hereafter referred to as “End-User Acknowledgement”).
Approved Users. 6.2 The Applicant will maintain appropriate records of its Approved Users, including by keeping all access profiles for Approved Users as current as possible, to reflect changes in users' responsibilities, their employment status and work location.
6.3 The Applicant will ensure that confidentiality undertakings, in a format and content that is satisfactory to the Province, have been signed by each Approved User before they are granted Data access.
6.4 The Applicant will limit each individual Approved User’s access relevant to their responsibility, authority and role within the Applicant’s organization.
6.5 The Applicant will ensure that Approved Users do not share their user IDs and passwords with each other.
