Arrival/Departure Clause Samples
The Arrival/Departure clause defines the specific terms and conditions regarding when parties, such as guests or tenants, are permitted to arrive at and must vacate a property or premises. Typically, this clause sets clear check-in and check-out times, and may outline procedures for early arrivals, late departures, or penalties for non-compliance. Its core practical function is to ensure smooth transitions between occupants, prevent scheduling conflicts, and provide clarity for both parties regarding their rights and obligations related to access and use of the property.
