READY FOR WORK Clause Samples

The "Ready for Work" clause defines the conditions under which a contractor or service provider is considered prepared to begin their assigned tasks. Typically, this clause outlines the requirements that must be met—such as completion of preliminary documentation, provision of necessary equipment, or receipt of site access—before work can officially commence. By clearly establishing when work is deemed ready to start, this clause helps prevent disputes over delays and ensures that both parties have a mutual understanding of project commencement.
