Arrival and Departure Time. 1. All teachers are expected to be at school at least twenty (20) minutes prior to the starting of classes. Likewise, teachers are expected to remain in the classroom for at least five (5) minutes after the students have been dismissed. To accommodate availability for parents and/or guardians, teachers leaving within five minutes of the duty day are expected to check out at the nearest school office. Modifications to these times may be made at the agreement of the school district and individual teacher(s) to allow for special scheduling of classes.

C. Professional employees shall not leave their campus grounds during a regularly assigned teaching period or during the planning period without the documented approval of the principal (the exception being 3.2.D). Professional personnel leaving during their duty-free lunch period will not leave until the duty-free lunch period starts and will be at their workstations when the duty-free lunch period ends. The first violation calls for a written notice; the second violation would call for a second written notice; and the third violation would call for a three-day unpaid suspension.
D. Nothing contained in this Agreement shall prevent the immediate supervisor/principal or principal's designee from allowing an employee to leave the school building for unusual circumstances.
Arrival and Departure Time. 17.1 The Guest and their party must arrive after the Arrival Time of 3.30pm) on the first day of the holiday period and depart before the Departure Time of 10 am on the last day of the holiday period. Any stay that extends over this period will be subject to a charge being made for additional hours. This is important so that the Agent and its representatives have time to service the Property and prepare it for the next Holiday Let.
17.2 The Guest will be issued with a set of keys to the Property on the first day of the holiday period and the Guest must return them on the last day of the holiday period or the date of departure, if earlier. Failure to do so will incur the cost of a replacement set of £50. This will be deducted from the refundable Security Deposit.
17.3 Some properties may have a key safe in which case the Guest will be given the key safe number prior to their arrival. The Guest is advised to use the key safe during their stay. On the date of departure, the keys must be placed back in the key safe and the security number jumbled.
17.4 Directions and key collection details will be sent to the Guest on receipt of the final payment.
