ARTICLE SENIORITY. Seniority is defined as the length of service with in the existing Employer or a predecessor Separate School Board. An employee will be considered on probation and will not be bargaining unit, subject to the seniority provisions in this Article, and shall include service with the Employer prior to the certification or recognition of the Union, measured from the date of last hire. All seniority, illness, vacation and like credits obtained under this Agreement, nor agreement shall name be placed on retained and transferred with the seniority list, until after has completed sixtymember if she changes her status from full-time to hourly and vice-versa.
