ASSESSMENT OF STANDARDS. The NQS will apply to LDC, FDC, Preschools and OSHC. While requirements for staff to child ratios and staff qualifications have been set for LDC, FDC and Preschools, no changes to staff to child ratios or staff qualifications have been made to OSHC under this Agreement.
