Assigned Location. The Employee’s failure to work at the home office during designated office hours may be considered grounds for disciplinary action. Work Assignments. The Employee will schedule telephone conferences with the supervisor to receive assignments and to review completed work as necessary or appropriate. The Employee will travel to the Agency on a reasonable basis with advance notice at the Agency’s request. The Agency will only reimburse mileage in excess of what is the normal and customary commute to the employee’s assigned work location, in this case, (Agency assigned location). The Employee will complete all assigned work according to work procedures mutually agreed upon by the Employee and the supervisor according to guidelines and standards stated in the Employee's job description. The employee will provide a work activity report to her Supervisor on a weekly basis.
