Common use of Assignment by Security Trustee Clause in Contracts

Assignment by Security Trustee. The Security Trustee may assign all or any of its rights or benefits under this Deed to any person in favour of whom an assignment has been made in accordance with clause 15.3 of the Facility Agreement and the Shareholder undertakes, immediately on being requested to do so by the Security Trustee and at the cost of the Security Trustee, to enter into such documents as may be necessary or desirable to effect such transfer.
