Assignment of Subcontracts. Each subcontract and supply contract for any portion of the Work is hereby irrevocably assigned by the CM/GC to the Owner, provided that such assignment is effective only after termination of the Contract by the Owner, and only for those subcontracts and supply contracts which the Owner accepts by notifying the Subcontractor/supplier and CM/GC in writing.
