Common use of Assignment of Subcontracts Clause in Contracts

Assignment of Subcontracts. In accordance with Section 7.7.1 of Exhibit B, Contractor shall make reasonable efforts in negotiating its subcontracts to include an assignment clause that would enable the assignment of Contractor’s subcontract(s) in the event of a properly executed termination under this Agreement. Upon said termination of this Agreement and to the extent that Contractor has the legal and contractual right under the subcontract to do so, upon Customer’s written request, Contractor shall promptly assign said subcontract.
