Common use of Assignment of Subcontracts Clause in Contracts

Assignment of Subcontracts. Each Subcontract will provide for the assignment of the Subcontract to Buyer at Buyer’s election upon termination of these Terms and Conditions or a Purchase Order by Buyer. Such assignment will provide that if ▇▇▇▇▇ fulfills Contractor’s obligations to Subcontractor, then Subcontractor will perform the Subcontract on behalf of Buyer, its successors and assigns.
