Assistant Service Manager. Contractor must assign a full-time Assistant Service Manager to assist the Service Manager in his/her duties and function in the Service Manager’s capacity in his/her absence.
Service Management Effective support of in-scope services is a result of maintaining consistent service levels. The following sections provide relevant details on service availability, monitoring of in-scope services and related components.
Assistant Professor An Assistant Professor is a member of a Faculty of the University who shall ordinarily have the following minimum qualifications: (a) A doctoral degree; (b) Aptitude for teaching university students. The doctoral requirement may be waived if the Candidate has a record of suitable teaching, scholarship as defined in Article 1.1(n); or, in lieu of such a record, has professional qualifications and experience to enable him/her to make an appropriate academic contribution to the University.
President and Vice Presidents The president shall be the chief executive officer of the Trust. The president shall, subject to the control of the Trustees, have general charge and supervision of the business of the Trust. Any vice president shall have such duties and powers as shall be designated from time to time by the Trustees.
Assistant Treasurer The Assistant Treasurer, or if there shall be more than one, the Assistant Treasurers in the order determined by the Trustees (or if there be no such determination, then in the order of their election), shall, in the absence of the Treasurer or in the event of his inability or refusal to act, perform the duties and exercise the powers of the Treasurer and shall perform such other duties and have such other powers as the Board of Trustees may from time to time prescribe.
