14.2 The Service Manager, after notifying theContractor, may delegate any of his actions and may cancel any delegation. A reference to an action of the Service Manager in this contract includes an action by his delegate. Note: the Service manager delegates the management of this contract to the direct reports in EMD.
14.3 The Service Manager may give an instruction to the Contractor which changes the Service Information
14.4 The Employer may replace the Service Manager after he has notified the Contractor of the name of the replacement.
The Service Manager acknowledges that it has read and understands the provisions contained in the entire Agreement; and
The Service Manager. Finance Group shall provide a quarterly and annual report in respect of the Pooled Budget to the Advisory Board, such reports to include, but not be limited to, contribution levels of the parties, expenditure, usage and impact of overuse of the Service by the parties and any costs recovered by the Cardiff Council or the UHB in delivering the Service.
The Service Manager notifies the Consultant of any revisions to the personnel security requirements arising as a consequence of subsequent amendments to the Security Policy Framework and agrees any remedial action required by the Consultant as a result of the amendments.
