Assistant to the Principal. An Assistant to the Principal will be compensated on an index of .20 X Base on the Current Salary Schedule.
Assistant to the Principal. 9.3.1 A staff member will be selected to be an Assistant to the Principal (“Assistant”) for Elementary School sites. 9.3.1.1 Prior to the selection, a job description will be developed for the position and made available to all staff members.

Assistant to the Principal. (a) Means a teacher in every school holding qualifications for the position acceptable to the Board who in addition to their duties as a teacher will assume school management responsibilities during temporary short absences of the Principal and/or Vice Principal. (b) An Assistant to the Principal will never evaluate any of the members of our bargaining unit. In the event that a Principal or Vice Principal is absent for more than 5 (five) working days they shall be replaced by an acting Principal from outside the bargaining unit.
Assistant to the Principal. A Principal Musician may request an Assistant when the program repertoire is particularly taxing and demands some relief for the Principal Musician. Such request shall not be unreasonably denied. An Assistant to the Principal shall receive section wages.

  • Assistant Treasurer The Assistant Treasurer, or if there shall be more than one, the Assistant Treasurers in the order determined by the Trustees (or if there be no such determination, then in the order of their election), shall, in the absence of the Treasurer or in the event of his inability or refusal to act, perform the duties and exercise the powers of the Treasurer and shall perform such other duties and have such other powers as the Board of Trustees may from time to time prescribe.

  • Treasurer; Assistant Treasurer The Treasurer shall be the chief financial and accounting officer of the Trust, and shall, subject to the provisions of the Declaration of Trust and to any arrangement made by the Trustees with a custodian, investment adviser, sub-adviser or manager, or transfer, shareholder servicing or similar agent, be in charge of the valuable papers, books of account and accounting records of the Trust, and shall have such other duties and powers as may be designated from time to time by the Trustees or by the President. Any Assistant Treasurer shall have such duties and powers as may be designated from time to time by the Trustees or the President.

In the absence of the Secretary from any meeting of the Shareholders or Trustees, an Assistant Secretary, or if there be none or if he or she is absent, a temporary secretary chosen at such meeting shall record the proceedings thereof in the aforesaid books. Any Assistant Secretary shall have such duties and powers as may be designated from time to time by the Trustees or the President.
