Attachment M. This Attachment M is incorporated as part of the Open Access Transmission Tariff in accordance with the Commission’s Order 2003, et. seq. which defined the Standard Large Generator Interconnection Procedures (LGIP) and Large Generator Interconnection Agreement (LGIA).
