Wait Time Sample Clauses

The Wait Time clause defines the period a party must wait before taking a specified action or before a certain obligation becomes effective. In practice, this clause might require a party to wait a set number of days after providing notice before terminating a contract or initiating a particular process. Its core function is to ensure fairness and provide both parties with adequate time to prepare for or respond to upcoming changes, thereby reducing the risk of abrupt or unfair actions.
