Audio Recording Sample Clauses

The Audio Recording clause governs the conditions under which audio recordings may be made during interactions, meetings, or transactions covered by the agreement. Typically, it specifies whether parties are permitted to record conversations, outlines any consent requirements, and may detail how such recordings can be used or stored. This clause serves to protect privacy, ensure transparency, and prevent disputes by clarifying the rules around creating and handling audio records.
