Audit and Inspection of Records. Contractor agrees to maintain and to permit the District to audit, examine and make copies of excerpts and transcripts of all records, including without limitation accurate accounting books and records, invoices, timesheets, documents, reports, student records, payroll and personnel records and other materials and data related to Contractor’s performance of this Agreement, whether funded in whole or in part under this Agreement. The Contractor shall maintain such records and data in an accessible location and condition for a period of not less than five (5) years after a final payment under this Agreement or until after final audit has been completed, whichever is later.
