Authorization of Registration Statement. The Limited Owner hereby agrees that the Master Fund, the Managing Owner and the Trustee are authorized to execute, deliver and perform the agreements, acts, transactions and matters contemplated hereby or described in or contemplated by the Registration Statement and the Prospectus included therein on behalf of the Master Fund without any further act, approval or vote of the Limited Owner, notwithstanding any other provision of this Trust Agreement, the Delaware Trust Statute or any applicable law, rule or regulation.

  • Filing of Registration Statement The Company has filed with the Commission a registration statement, and an amendment or amendments thereto, on Form F-1 (File No.333-269681), including any related prospectus or prospectuses, for the registration of the Securities under the Securities Act, which registration statement and amendment or amendments have been prepared by the Company in conformity with the requirements of the Securities Act.
