Authorized Copies. Subject to the restrictions in Sections 6 and 8, You may copy the Software solely for Your internal backup or archival use so long as all proprietary marks, notices (including copyright notices) and labels are reproduced and included with each copy of the Software.
Authorized Copies. Customer may make and keep a single copy of the Licensed Software solely for back up, disaster recovery or archival purposes, and a second copy to use for a test bed solely if the Customer has entered into a separate CampusCare Support and Services Agreement. Customer may copy the Documentation, as reasonably required to operate the Licensed Program, for Customer's internal use only.
Authorized Copies. The only authorized copies of the Licensed Software and Licensed Documentation are the copies of each application software package defined as follows:
i) the single copy of the Licensed Software and the related Licensed Documentation delivered by STW under this Contract; and
ii) any additional copies made by the Customer, as authorized in Section 3(c) and 3(d).

Authorized Copies. You are permitted unlimited use of Toddler NutriSTEP® and/or Preschool NutriSTEP® in a single setting or in multiple sites. If You wish to incorporate Toddler NutriSTEP® and/or Preschool NutriSTEP® into an electronic medium, you must obtain a further licence from the Owner and the University of Guelph.
Authorized Copies. Customer may copy the Software for internal business purposes as necessary to enjoy the license granted in Section 2.1. Customer is responsible for the duplication and distribution of the Software and documentation for licensed use. WildPackets shall deliver Software and documentation to Customer in hard copy or electronic form for purposes consistent with this Section 2.4. Customer agrees that any copies of the Software or other materials provided by WildPackets which Customer makes or causes to be made shall bear all copyright, trademark and other proprietary notices included in such Software or other materials as provided by WildPackets.
Authorized Copies. You are licensed to install, make Authorized Copies of (as defined in this section), execute, and display (“Use”) the object code version of the Product on an equivalent number of Computers, Host/Client Pairs, Computer Nodes, or Clustered Computers (as defined in the table below) as you have LICENSE TYPE SOFTWARE INSTALLS TO: (hardware configuration) LICENSED RIGHTS Storage. You may copy the Product into the local memory or storage device of the hardware configuration loaded with the Authorized Copies. You may copy the Product onto a reasonable number of network servers or a secure intranet for the sole purpose of distributing the Product to the Computers, Host/Client Pairs, Computer Nodes, or Clustered Computers. You may make archival or back-up copies of the Product. You shall keep the activation key with the hardware configuration to which the activation key is licensed. You should keep copies of the activation key information for future retrieval purposes.
Authorized Copies. In addition to the copies of the Software authorized by the license in the applicable Appendix [ ], a future Appendix, the City may make a reasonable number of copies of the Software for backup, archival, disaster recovery, testing, development, and CIAM Software management purposes. And the City may use these copies for such purposes without paying any additional fee or charge, so long as any such additional copies are not used in a production environment while the production copy or copies of the Software are used for production. No other copies of the Software may be made by or for the City. With respect to the documentation for any Software, the City may make as many copies of it in either paper-based or electronic form as the City may reasonably require for its own internal purposes. Additionally, the City may incorporate portions of the documentation in other materials, such as training and reference manuals, provided that such materials are used solely for the internal purposes of the City. If the Contractor has granted the City a license to use the Source Code for the Software, the City may make a reasonable number of copies of the Source Code, modify it, compile it, and otherwise use it as reasonably necessary to support its licensed use of the Software.
Authorized Copies. Contractor will provide the State with one (1) copy of the media and documentation for the Software. If an Order for Software is licensed under an enterprise license, Contractor grants to the State the right to make copies of the Software solely for its own internal use, within the scope of the enterprise license. The State may also make one copy of back-up or archival copies of Software solely for its own internal use, provided that the State ensures that such copy bears Contractor’s proprietary notices, labels or marks. The State must reproduce on all copies made, all proprietary and copyright notices contained on or in the Software.
