Common use of Authorized Representative Clause in Contracts

Authorized Representative. Supplier will assign an Authorized Representative to Sourcewell for this Agreement and must provide prompt notice to Sourcewell if that person is changed. The Authorized Representative will be responsible for: • Maintenance and management of this Agreement; • Timely response to all Sourcewell and Participating Entity inquiries; and • Participation in reviews with Sourcewell. Sourcewell's Authorized Representative is its Chief Procurement Officer.
