Automatic Temperature Controls. 1. Building will be provided with a new computer based automatic temperature control system (DDC) that will control multiple functions/systems to maintain proper environmental conditioners at all times. 2. The rooftop air handling units will be provided with controls to discharge air temperature, modulate supply, return and outside air volume, control and optimization of energy management as appropriate. 3. The building will be equipped with a new computer based energy management system (EMS) providing automatic temperature controls that will control multiple functions/systems to maintain efficient environmental conditions at all times. Automatic Temperature Controls. 1. The building control system shall be, in general, a pneumatic system. Building automation system shall be an electronic microprocessor based system employing direct digital control technology. Authorized Access - DST shall have controls that are designed to maintain the logical separation such that access to systems hosting Fund Data and/or being used to provide services to Fund will uniquely identify each individual requiring access, grant access only to authorized personnel based on the principle of least privileges, and prevent unauthorized access to Fund Data. b. User Access - DST shall have a process to promptly disable access to Fund Data by any DST personnel who no longer requires such access. DST will also promptly remove access of Fund personnel upon receipt of notification from Fund.
