Auxiliary Power Unit. (a) The APU will be serviceable in accordance with the requirements of the Maintenance Manual as evidenced by Maintenance Manual tests and inspections. (b) APU Life Limited Parts will be supported by certification documentation necessary to demonstrate traceability back to birth. (c) The APU will have not accumulated more than 4,000 APU Hours of operation since new or last APU Performance Restoration. (d) The APU will have completed a video borescope inspection prior to redelivery and any defects discovered in such inspection, which exceed the APU manufacturer in-service limits, will be corrected.

Auxiliary Power Unit. The APU shall have just completed a borescope inspection and shall meet all air outputs and temperature limitations under load in accordance with the Maintenance Program and the Manufacturer’s maintenance manual, and any discrepancies discovered in such inspection, which exceed the APU manufacturer’s in-service limits, shall be corrected at Sublessor’s expense.
