Availability of Other Products and Services As May Be Requested. The Travel Agency, where applicable and upon request of the travelers, shall provide other services including, but not limited to, the following:
Availability of Other Products and Services As May Be Requested. The Travel Agency, where applicable and upon request of the travelers, shall provide other services including, but not limited to, the following: a) Package Tours and Promotions for Personal Travel b) Preferred Seating Arrangements /Upgrades c) Privileged Check-in Services/Use of Airline Lounges Facilities d) VIP Services e) Excess Baggage/Lost Baggage f) Ground Transportation/Car Rental g) Hotel reservation h) Emergency Services, e.g., sickness, injury, etc. i) Travel Insurance j) Transfer-Out Assistance k) Travel Assistance/Support to Conference/Special Events l) Provide support to UNDP travelers in the airport in case of problems (information on flights delay, missing flights, etc.) m) Meet and Greet Facilities The Travel Agent shall assist the UNDP in obtaining visas. This assistance shall consist of providing the forms and applications for visa requests, providing visa information to travelers, conducting visa assistance follow- ups, keeping appropriate records thereon, using and making arrangements for issuance of visas. Travel Agent shall indicate any special features, programmes, or services that would be beneficial to the UNDP and its travellers (e.g. visa processing, "Meet and Greet", Lost baggage follow-up, insurance, preferred seating arrangements, ).
Availability of Other Products and Services As May Be Requested. The Travel Agent(s) shall assist the UN/UNDP in obtaining visas. This assistance shall consist of providing information on a country visa requirements, forms and applications for visa requests, providing visa information to travelers, conducting visa assistance follow‐ups, keeping appropriate records thereon, using and making arrangements for issuance of visas;  Travel Agent(s) shall indicate any special features, programmes, or services that would be beneficial to the UN System in Ukraine and its travelers (e.g. visa processing, "Meet and Greet", Lost baggage follow‐up, insurance, preferred seating arrangements);  Where travel to destinations outside the territory of Ukraine requires provision of additional logistical arrangements, the Travel Agent(s) shall at the request of UN/UNDP provide other services including, but not limited to, accommodation arrangement, arrangement of conferences, meetings, seminars and training workshops, transportation, additional equipment and related services as required. The Travel Agent shall identify suitable hotels or other venues, request for quotations, negotiate rates and other conditions and present the final offer for consideration and approval by the UN/UNDP. Such services are not the primary scope of this LTA but may be requested from time to time; mini‐ competition for these may as well apply between the LTA holders.  Any additional services or discounts/incentives that the applicant wishes to identify.

The UN travel focal points will send travel requests, instructions to the travel agents and authorize travel agents to issue tickets. List of UN travel focal points will be shared with the selected travel agents upon contract signing. The selected travel agents will work directly with UN travel points for payment of official travels. For personal travel services, the travelers will directly contact and settle payment with the travel agents. To ensure equal distribution of travel services to the two selected travel agents and competitive airfares offered to UN, the following arrangement will be set:

  • Portion of Products/Services Available If only a portion of Products and/or Services is available for shipment or performance to meet the Delivery Date, Supplier shall promptly notify DXC and proceed unless otherwise directed by DXC. Supplier shall be responsible for any cost increase in the shipment of Products due to its failure to meet the Delivery Date and/or if such method does not comply with DXC’s shipping instructions.

  • Availability of Services CBT agrees not to discontinue or refuse to provide any service provided or required hereunder other than in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, or unless required by the Commission.

  • DNS service availability Refers to the ability of the group of listed-­‐as-­‐authoritative name servers of a particular domain name (e.g., a TLD), to answer DNS queries from DNS probes. For the service to be considered available at a particular moment, at least, two of the delegated name servers registered in the DNS must have successful results from “DNS tests” to each of their public-­‐DNS registered “IP addresses” to which the name server resolves. If 51% or more of the DNS testing probes see the service as unavailable during a given time, the DNS service will be considered unavailable.

  • Subadviser’s Services Are Not Exclusive Nothing in this Agreement shall limit or restrict the right of Subadviser or any of its partners, officers, or employees to engage in any other business or to devote his or her time and attention in part to the management or other aspects of any business, whether of a similar or a dissimilar nature, or limit or restrict Subadviser's right to engage in any other business or to render services of any kind to any other mutual fund, corporation, firm, individual, or association.

  • Service Availability You understand that Service availability is at all times conditioned upon the corresponding operation and availability of the communication systems used in communicating your instructions and requests to the Credit Union. We will not be liable or have any responsibility of any kind for any loss or damage thereby incurred by you in the event of any failure or interruption of such communication systems or services resulting from the act or omission of any third party, or from any other cause not reasonably within the control of the Credit Union.
