Available to Part-time Employees. Temporary vacancies that still exist after the posting of the position as set out in 9.03 b) where no full-time employee has been selected shall be made available to qualified part-time employees on the basis of seniority in the part-time bargaining unit. Following completion of the full-time temporary vacancy period, the part-time employee shall return to their former position without loss of seniority.
