Avalanche Mitigation. This unit provides technical support and training to establish standards and guidelines and collect, compile, and disseminate avalanche information. This unit also administers the avalanche and explosives programs statewide, as well as setting standards for avalanche operations.
Avalanche Mitigation. Company shall bear the cost of avalanche mitigation and shall conduct such mitigation on the Road (and not any other avalanche slide path) in accordance with its winter road maintenance agreement with County. This Agreement does not authorize any type of avalanche mitigation and/or winter maintenance operations by Mt. ▇▇▇▇▇▇.
Avalanche Mitigation. Tenant shall, at its own expense, maintain stabilization and settlement of snow pack within the Leased Premises using means, methods, and techniques reasonably necessary to mitigate against avalanches. Tenant shall be responsible for the cost of (i) any risk assessment geographical surveys and any other topographical, vegetation, and seasonal snow distribution studies necessary for mitigating against avalanches, (ii) any snow pack observation and forecasting, (iii) any barriers, bridges, nets, breakers, fences, sheds, shelters, reforestation, (iv) any other snow retention, distribution, deflection, retardation, and catchment structures.
Avalanche Mitigation. The Parties agree that avalanche blasting, mitigation, and control work (“Avalanche Mitigation”) for the Roads shall be required as part of Winter Maintenance activities by Company, in a manner so as to permit reasonably safe ingress and egress by Authorized Users of the Roads. Company’s Avalanche Mitigation may be performed during any day of the week, but it shall be conducted subject to the following conditions:
