Award Program. The University agrees to promote a program of recognition awards for employees which shall include: 5.1 Upon promotion, a framed certificate certifying the promotion; 5.2 Awards for bravery and outstanding service; 5.3 Service awards through the use of framed certificates, patches, or pins recognizing years of service with the University, specifically recognizing five (5), ten (10), fifteen (15), twenty (20), and twenty-five (25) years of service.
