Award Program. The Sheriff agrees to promote a program of recognition awards for bargaining unit employees which shall include: 1. Upon promotion, a framed certificate certifying the promotion. 2. Awards for bravery and outstanding service. 3. Service awards through the use of certificates, patches or pins recognizing years of service with the Sheriff.
