Awarding the contract. This public tender will be awarded to the bidder who has submitted the regular most economically advantageous bids for each lot. The conclusion of a contract based on these tender specifications does not give the tenderer any right of exclusivity. Notice though that in accordance with Art. 85 of the Law of 17 June 2016, there is no obligation for the contracting authority to award the procurement contract. The contracting authority may either decide not to award the procurement contract; either redo the procedure, if necessary, through another award procedure. The contracting authority maintains the right to award only a certain lot or certain lots. In an objective of transparency, Enabel undertakes to publish each year a list of recipients of its contracts. By introducing his tender, the successful tenderer declares that he agrees with the publication of the title of the contract, the nature and object of the contract, its name and location, and the amount of the contract.
