Back-up Data Sample Clauses

Back-up Data. Archive or back-up copies of Document data required by law or regulation shall be subject to the provisions of this Agreement to the same extent as original Document data.

Back-up Data. Each Party agrees to maintain adequate back-up files to recreate transmissions as required. Back-up files shall be subject to this Agreement to the same extent as original data. Electronic transactions shall be retained for such periods as required by relevant state and federal requirements.

Back-up Data. We shall, at least five (5) days a week, make backup copies of Your Data in the manner and at intervals so prescribed by Us from time to time.

Back-up Data. 7.1 The Customer is solely responsible for backing up the data processed by and/or created using the Equipment and Ramtech has no liability for any lost data.

Back-up Data. (i) The Servicer shall provide to the Trustee not later than the fifth Business Day of each calendar month computer readable copies of back-up data regarding the Receivables sufficient to enable the recipient of such back- up data to service the Receivables. The Trustee shall take all actions necessary to confirm that the back-up data is computer readable, and shall promptly provide a letter of receipt to the Servicer and the Insurer substantially in the form of Exhibit G confirming that such back-up data is computer readable. The Trustee shall retain such back-up data for a period of not less than three months, and may thereafter return the back-up data to the Servicer. (ii) After the appointment of a back-up servicer by the Trustee, the Servicer shall provide to such back-up servicer not later than the 5th Business Day of each calendar month copies of back-up data regarding the Receivables sufficient to enable the recipient of such back- up data to service the Receivables. Upon its receipt of the back-up data from the Servicer, the back-up servicer will be required to promptly perform specified computations with respect to the data and to verify the results of such computations with the Servicer. Any discrepancy in the results must be promptly reported by the Servicer to the Insurer.

Back-up Data. On The Customer’s request and payment of Backup Fee per copy, The Service Provider shall deliver to The Customer a full back-up of The Customer’s Data, in a format the parties agree on in writing. The commercials for the same can be defined post mutual discussion.

Back-up Data. On Subscriber's request and payment of $150 per copy, Host shall deliver to Subscriber a full back-up of Subscriber's Data, in a format the parties agree on in writing.

Back-up Data. ReliaQuest is not providing data back-up services and will not be responsible for loss or alteration of any Customer data, including Log Data. Unless otherwise agreed in an Order, Customer is responsible to back-up its own data, including any Customer Data and Log Data.
