Security and Retention. We maintain reasonable security procedures and technical and organizational measures to protect your Personal Information against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, disclosure, alteration, or use. However, because no data transmission is completely secure, and no system of physical or electronic security is impenetrable, we cannot guarantee the security of the information you send to us or the security of our servers, networks or databases, and by using our Service you agree to assume all risk in connection with the information sent to us or collected by us when you access, visit and/or use our Service, including without limitation your personally identifiable information or other Registration Information, and we are not responsible for any loss of such information or the consequences thereof.

Security and Retention. JTECH employs reasonable technological and operational security procedures intended to protect data from loss, misuse, alteration, or destruction. However, User acknowledges that no security measure can guarantee against compromise, and JTECH does not guarantee that the servers and databases underlying the Service will not experience any such compromise. User acknowledges that servers and databases are maintained by or on behalf of JTECH to store the Input Data and other data processed by the Service and that JTECH may retain this information as long as it is necessary and relevant for JTECH's operations. In addition, JTECHmay retain personal information from closed accounts to comply with the law, prevent fraud, collect any fees owed, resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigation, enforce this Agreement and take other actions permitted by law.

Security and Retention. Eaton maintains reasonable security procedures and technical and organizational measures to protect your Personal Data against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, disclosure or use of personal data we handle. When handling your Personal Data for our business functions, Eaton will limit access to your Personal Data to authorized persons and trusted third parties who have a reasonable need to know the information in order to perform our Services who are bound by confidentiality obligations. While Eaton takes the issue of protecting your Personal Data seriously, you should exercise discretion in what information you disclose and/or transmit through the Services. Eaton cannot guarantee that information sent over the Internet is fully secure, and therefore the transmitted information may be intercepted by others before it reaches Eaton. If you are concerned about sending information to Eaton over the Internet, please send the information by mail or call us to make other arrangements. Eaton is not responsible for the security of information sent over the Internet. Eaton retains Personal Data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the stated purpose for which the Personal Data was collected or otherwise processed, and thereafter only for legitimate legal or business purposes. Security and Retention. If required by the Purchase Order, the Seller shall lodge an unconditional Bank Guarantee in the amount detailed within 14 days of the Purchase Order issue. This security will be held by LGL until the expiry of the Defects Liability Period. LGL may recover all debts due and owing from the Seller to LGL from the security if not otherwise paid by or recovered from the Seller. In addition, LGL will withhold a percentage of each invoice (totalling 5% of the Purchase Order Value) until such time as the earlier of Merchandise is inspected on Site or until completion of equipment commissioning, for a period not to exceed 180 days from the Delivery Completion Date at the nominated delivery place or shipping point.

Account Owner acknowledges that servers and databases are maintained by or on behalf of HME to store the data within the Service and agrees that, subject to any written agreement to the contrary with the Account Owner that expressly cites this Section 4( c), HME may retain such data as long as determined by HME in its sole discretion. In addition, HME may retain personal information from closed accounts to comply with the law, prevent fraud, collect any fees owed, resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigation, enforce this Agreement and take other actions permitted by law.
