Common use of Bank Accumulation Clause in Contracts

Bank Accumulation. The days in the sick leave bank shall accumulate from year to year. In the event the bank becomes exhausted or is nearing exhaustion, the Superintendent's Office will notify the Advisory Committee and the Bargaining Representatives for the Association and the Board, and arrangements shall be made for bank members to make a required donation of one (1) additional day. Bank members who have not contributed a total of four (4) days will contribute first.
