BARGAINING AGENCY AND RECOGNITION. 2.01 The Company recognizes the Union as the sole and exclusive bargaining agency for all its employees of Welded Tube of Canada in the City of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, and within a radius of twenty (20) miles outside the City of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, save and except ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, persons above the rank of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, office and sales staff.
