Common use of Bargaining Unit Classifications Clause in Contracts

Bargaining Unit Classifications. For the purpose of this Agreement and the provisions herein contained, all employees in the classifications listed in Appendix "A" shall comprise the professional supervisors bargaining unit, and all employees in the classifications listed in Appendix "B" shall comprise the non-professional supervisors bargaining unit.
