Bargaining Unit Posting Sample Clauses

Typically, this involves displaying notices on physical or electronic bulletin boards accessible to unionized employees, ensuring they are informed of available positions before external candidates are considered. The core function of this clause is to promote transparency and equal opportunity within the bargaining unit, helping to ensure that union members have fair access to advancement or new roles within the organization.
