iv. Professional fire detection/suppression capability; and
v. A comprehensive business continuity plan.
Base Requirements. In satisfaction of City statutory and/or regulatory requirements, Developer shall, provide the following Base Requirements in accordance with Exhibit C1, D, E, and I, as applicable, and as set forth herein:
(a) the Affordable Housing Program benefits in satisfaction of the City Inclusionary Housing Ordinance (San ▇▇▇▇ Municipal Code Ch. 5.08) and Commercial Linkage Fee requirements, as further described in Exhibit D;
(b) the City-Dedicated Open Spaces in satisfaction of Developer's Parkland Obligation, as further described in Exhibit E and the DWDSG;
(c) those elements of the Infrastructure Plan (including all of the Public Improvements and all of the Privately-Owned Improvements) as further described in Exhibit I (not including the enhanced infrastructure, District Systems, and Microgrid elements described in Section 4.1.3(c)). Unless indicated elsewhere in this Agreement, Developer shall Complete each of the foregoing Base Requirements on or before the applicable dates provided in this Agreement and Exhibits hereto, and the Approvals; if no deadline is provided in this Agreement and Exhibits hereto or the Approvals, the normal deadline pursuant to City rules, standards, and/or practice shall apply. This Section 4.1.1 shall not be construed to limit Developer’s obligations to comply with all applicable Existing Standards and Applicable Laws whether listed in this Section 4.1.1 or not.

Clinical Crew Training Requirements Training Management Plan The Provider must ensure its own (including subcontracted) and DHB clinical personnel qualifications, experience, training meet the standard specified in NZS 8156 and the NZ Aeromedical / Air Rescue Standard10 as a minimum. The Provider must develop and maintain a Training Management Plan (TMP) that details the aims and objectives of the training programme and describe how initial and ongoing training must be coordinated and conducted and provide to NASO. All training must be contextualised so as to be consistent with NASO and regional health services operational and clinical work practices, operational procedures and risk management strategies. The TMP must detail the initial and recurrent training requirements to meet the New Zealand Aeromedical/ Air Rescue Standard and any other CAA or NASO requirements. As a component of safety and training, the Provider must have in place a documented Drug and Alcohol Management Program (DAMP) that ensures compliance to Health and Safety at Work ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ and SMS. All courses must be conducted in accordance with the TMP. Content Training content must be agreed in consultation with ▇▇▇▇. Training must include actual mission roles with full scenario content at 12 monthly intervals for all clinical crew members.
