Basic Compensation Schedule. A. Teachers Teachers shall receive the following flat percentage salary increases (computed upon the salary amount paid to each teacher in the prior school year) during the term of this Agreement, provided the teacher worked or utilized paid leave no less than one hundred and twenty (120) days (prorated accordingly for part time and/or job share teachers) or (2) if the teacher is hired after the first day of school and the teacher worked or utilized paid leave at least sixty-six percent (66%) of the days available to work from the date of his/her hire, in the prior school year: 2022-2023 5.0% 2023-2024 5.0% 2024-2025 4.5% Teachers newly employed by District 107 for the 2022-2023 school year and in any subsequent year of this Agreement shall be paid on the salary matrix set forth in Appendix A. Any currently employed teacher who would receive less compensation than a newly hired teacher paid on the Appendix A matrix shall have his/her salary adjusted to the higher amount.
Basic Compensation Schedule. 2008-2009 and 2009-2010. Schedule A-1 shall apply for the 2008-2009 and 2009-2010 school years, with the understanding that the following longevity steps shall be identified on the salary schedule: Longevity I effective at 17-19 years - $ 750.00; Longevity II effective at 20-22 years - $ 925.00; Longevity III effective at 23-25 years - $ 1,825.00; Longevity IV effective at 26 years - $ 2,125.00.

Commencing July 1, 2019, Paraprofessionals shall annually advance to the next step on the first day of every school year. 2. Paraprofessionals hired after the 90th day of the previous school year, shall remain on the same step for the following school year. 3. All Paraprofessionals hired after July 1, 2018 shall be placed on Step 1 of the new salary scale. 4. Effective February 1, 2022, a newly hired or returning paraprofessional may be placed on the salary schedule based upon previous experience in the paraprofessional role, or equivalent educational experience as determined by the Superintendent or designee. In no case may a year of educational experience count for more than a year of paraprofessional experience. Placement of a new paraprofessional on the wage scale is not to be at a step beyond years of actual educational experience.

The basic compensation schedules are found under Appendix B – B2 respectively. The Appendix B schedules reflect salary from which the TRS contributions are deducted and sent to TRS.

  • Compensation Schedule Except as otherwise provided herein, employees shall be compensated within the pay range assigned to the classification of the position in which they are employed and in accordance with the pertinent conditions of employment enumerated in this Agreement. Sec. 503 REGULAR PAY DAY: Employees shall be paid on or about the Friday following the end of the biweekly payroll period.

  • Basic Compensation (a) SALARY. Executive will be paid an annual base salary of $115,000.00, subject to adjustment as provided below (the "Salary"), which will be payable in equal periodic installments according to Employer's customary payroll practices, but no less frequently than monthly. The Salary will be reviewed by the Board of Directors not less frequently than annually, and shall be increased on each anniversary of the Effective Date during the term hereof by an amount equal to not less than ten percent (10%) of the prior year's base salary.

  • Compensation Table Attachment C of each Approved Service Order is a compensation table setting forth the manner in which the City will pay the Maximum Service Order Compensation (“Compensation Table”). Each Compensation Table is subject to the terms and conditions set forth below in Subsections 10.4 through 10.7.

  • Additional Compensation Notwithstanding anything in this Memorandum of Understanding to the contrary when in the judgment of the Board, it becomes necessary or desirable to utilize the services of County employees in capacities other than those for which they are regularly employed, the Board may authorize and, if appropriate, fix an additional rate of compensation for such employees.

  • Vacation Schedule 1. Vacation periods shall be fixed by the Employer to suit the requirements of his business, but as far as possible and practicable, vacations will be given during the summer months, and for employees with school-age children, during the school vacations. Vacation periods shall be unbroken unless by mutual consent between Employer and employee, or where it is impractical. Grievances relating to this Section shall be subject to the Adjustment and Arbitration Procedure in this Agreement. 2. Time off, based upon service in the Industry Vacation Plan, may be granted to an employee by mutual agreement between the Employer and the employee. The Employer shall not be required to give time off based upon service under the Industry Vacation Plan. However, if such additional industry vacation time off is granted to an employee, such time off shall be counted as time worked for the purpose of computing the employee's earned vacation benefits on his next anniversary date of employment.
