Basic Support. Subject to the Customer’s compliance with this Agreement, JetBrains will provide reasonable support services regarding operational questions related to IDE Services during JetBrains’ normal business hours (10:00 am to 6:00 pm (GMT+1) on business days (excluding weekends and public holidays)). Basic Support.
