BECOMING OPERATIONAL Sample Clauses

The 'Becoming Operational' clause defines the point at which a project, system, or facility is considered fully functional and ready for use. Typically, this clause outlines the specific criteria or tests that must be met, such as successful completion of commissioning procedures or achievement of performance benchmarks. By clearly establishing when operational status is achieved, the clause helps determine when responsibilities, warranties, or payment obligations commence, ensuring clarity and reducing disputes between parties.
