Benchmark. The CSB that operates a PACT team shall serve at least 75 percent of the number of individuals who could be served by the available staff providing services to individuals at the ratio of 10 individuals per clinical staff on average (ref. 12VAC35-105- 1370 in the Department’s licensing regulations) in the preceding quarter.
