Index. The Consumer Price Index, All Urban Consumers, All Items, ----- published by the U.S. Department of Labor, Bureau of Labor Statistics for the San Francisco-Oakland-San ▇▇▇▇ Metropolitan Area (1982-84=100). If the Base Year of the Index is changed, then all calculations pursuant to this Lease which require the use of the Index shall be made by using the appropriate conversion factor published by the Bureau of Labor Statistics (or successor agency) to correlate to the Base Year of the Index herein specified. If no such conversion factor is published, then Landlord shall, if possible, make the necessary calculation to achieve such conversion. If such conversion is not in Landlord's good-faith, business judgment possible, or if publication of the Index is discontinued, or if the basis of calculating the Index is materially changed, then the term "Index" shall mean comparable statistics on the cost of living, as ----- computed either (i) by an agency of the United States Government performing a function similar to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, or (ii) if no such agency performs such function, by a substantial and responsible periodical or publication of recognized authority most closely approximating the result which would have been achieved by the Index, as may be determined by Landlord in the exercise of its reasonable good faith business judgment.
Index. With respect to each adjustable-rate Mortgage Loan and with respect to each related Adjustment Date, the index as specified in the related Mortgage Note.

If such contracts of life insurance are not purchased or are subsequently surrendered or lapsed, then the Bank shall receive annual policy illustrations that assume the above-described policies were purchased from the above named insurance company(ies) on the Effective Date from which the increase in policy value will be used to calculate the amount of the Index. In either case, references to the life insurance contract are merely for purposes of calculating a benefit. The Bank has no obligation to purchase such life insurance and, if purchased, the Executive and the Executive’s beneficiary(ies) shall have no ownership interest in such policy and shall always have no greater interest in the benefits under this Agreement than that of an unsecured general creditor of the Bank. Any reference to a specific insurance contract under this Subparagraph I (G) also includes a reference to a replacement contract that has replaced the specifically referenced insurance contract through an exchange qualifying under Section 1035 of the Internal Revenue Code.
Index. (a) If for any reason on any Auction Date the Index shall not be determined as provided in Schedule I, the Index shall be the Index for the Auction Period ending on such Auction Date.
(b) The determination of the Index as provided in Schedule I and herein shall be conclusive and binding upon the Issuer, the Corporation, the Indenture Trustee, the Broker-Dealers, the Auction Agent and the Owners of the Notes.
Index. Increments for experience, education and Master's will be in accordance with the index shown on the Salary Schedule.
